Mobile device purchase window opens June 1.
Desktop device purchase window opens July 1.
Desktop bids awarded June 18, details available shortly thereafter.
Both Mobile and Desktop device purchase windows close July 31.
Devices and accessories were awarded at the CCISD board meeting May 21.
9 devices from 5 vendors totaling of 103 line items (with accessories and upgrades)
Contracts are currently in the process of being finalized.
The detail information is in the process of being posted on the REMC bid site.
It will be up by Tuesday at the latest.
Ordering for mobile devices will open on June 1.
All SPOT orders must be processed through the SPOT website.
If you do not have a SPOT authorized user, contact your ISD or consortium TRIG leaders.
Districts are to upload POs through SPOT at the remcbid site.
Vendors will be notified immediately via email that a PO has been uploaded.
Vendors will then be able to download the POs
This process allows us to monitor district participation for grant purposes.
Districts should NOT order directly from the vendor.
There will be a video tutorial on how to upload your PO available shortly.
All vendor-funded bundled PD will be provided to the consortium, and will be coordinated and scheduled on a regional and statewide basis.
More details on PD will be available as purchase volume is verified.
